Steffen presently works as an associate with UBS CEFS (http://www.ubs.com). Previous employers and employments included DELL (Production Supervisor/People Manager), AST Research Inc. (http://www.arise-europe.com, European Technical Services Supervisor) and University College Hospital Hamburg (http://www.uke.de, Assistant Clinic Administrator/Computer Consultant).

Since relocating from Germany to Ireland in 1996, Steffen has been supplementing his vocational expertise through life-long learning with the Open University (http://www.open.ac.uk) and is particularly fascinated by the driving forces behind Organisational Coercive, Mimetic and Normative Isomorphism. In his spare time, Steffen enjoys SCUBA diving and is an enthusiastic practitioner of Krav Maga.
